For neighbourhood gyms and studios
Know who hasn't paid.
Know who stopped coming.
A QR sticker on your wall becomes a live member list, dues at a glance, and reminders that send themselves on WhatsApp. No register, no data entry, nothing for your members to download.
- Free for your first month
- No card needed
- We set it up for you
The leak
Your gym is full. Your register isn't telling you anything.
- 5–6members a month
- quietly stop coming. Nobody notices until renewal — by which point they're already at the gym down the road.
- ₹40,000+sitting unpaid
- at any given time in a 200-member gym. The answer to "who's due?" lives in a register, or in someone's head.
- 7 in 10walk-in enquiries
- never get a follow-up call. The number goes on a slip of paper and the slip goes in a drawer.
How it works
Three steps. You do one of them.
- 01
Stick a QR on your wall
We print it and send it. You tape it up at the entrance. That's your setup done.
- 02
Members scan on the way in
One tap with Google, two seconds, no app to download. After the first time it's just: scan, done.
- 03
Everything else builds itself
Your member list, attendance, who's due, who's disappeared — all of it fills in from day one. You never type a name.
Most gym software asks you to enter 250 members before it does anything useful. That's why most gym software gets abandoned in week two.
What you get
The things you'll actually use.
A member list that builds itself
Made out of real check-ins, not an evening of data entry.
Dues at a glance
Who's paid, who's due, who's overdue. One screen, updated live.
Reminders that send themselves
Fees due, plan expiring — on WhatsApp, from your gym, without you remembering to.
One message to every member
Closed today. Timings changed from Monday. Happy Diwali. One message instead of six WhatsApp groups and a prayer.
Who stopped coming
Flags members who've gone quiet — while there's still time to call them back.
Live gym traffic
"12 people inside right now." Your members will check it before they leave home.
Your own gym page
Timings, photos, location, an enquiry form. Every enquiry lands in one list, not on a slip of paper.
Works when the signal drops
Check-ins hold on the member's phone and sync when the bars come back. Built for basement gyms first.
The maths
₹9,000
a month walks out of a 200-member gym. Every month.
Five or six members quietly stop coming and don't renew — that's around ₹6,000. Add two or three walk-in enquiries that never got called back, and you're at ₹9,000. Every single month.
We can't stop all of it. What we can do is show you exactly who, while you can still do something about it.
At the founding price of ₹99 a month, you only need to save one member a year for this to have paid for itself.
The question everyone asks
"Sab cash chalta hai. Will this work for us?"
Yes. Marking a cash payment is the fastest thing in DailyPunchClub — one tap.
Receipts only get made if you choose to make one. We don't report anything to anybody. There's no integration quietly sending your numbers somewhere.
It's your register. It just remembers things now. And you can export everything, any time, and walk away with it.
Where this goes
Attendance is the first thing we build, not the last.
None of this exists yet — we'd rather say that than pretend. Founding gyms get all of it as it lands, at the same ₹99.
- Fees collected in the same message
- The reminder carries a UPI link. They pay from WhatsApp, it marks itself paid, and you chase nobody.
- The month's money on one screen
- Collected, pending, and what's realistically still coming before the 30th.
- Run the gym from WhatsApp
- Reply to a message to mark a payment or send a broadcast. You already live there — we're not going to make you open a dashboard instead.
- Classes and batches
- Yoga, zumba, dance, CrossFit — timetable, capacity, waitlist. If you run a studio, this part is the whole product.
- Personal training that's actually delivered
- Sessions sold against sessions done, signed off by the member's own scan. PT money leaks quietly and nobody can prove where.
- Enquiries that turn into members
- A trial or day pass that expires on its own, and a nudge to call them back before it does. Right now that number dies on a slip of paper in a drawer.
- Referrals that pay for themselves
- A member brings a friend, both get free days. Cheapest new member you will ever sign.
Also on the list: freeze and pause, end-of-day cash reconciliation against the drawer, photograph your register and we turn it into members, digital membership cards, streaks and leaderboards, day passes. What gets built first is decided by whoever joins first.
Founding gyms
The first 50 gyms in Mumbai get it for ₹99 a month. For life.
Everything at launch, plus everything we ship after it — at ₹99/month, locked permanently, even once the price goes to ₹499. First month free. No card. If it doesn't earn its keep, walk away and take your data with you.
At launch
- QR check-in + live member list
- Dues at a glance + WhatsApp reminders
- Alerts when a member goes quiet
- Live occupancy for your members
- Your own gym page with enquiry form
- Works when the signal drops
- Full data export, always
- We come and set it up for you
We're early — building this right now, with gym owners, in the open. No fake customer counts here. If you join now, you're shaping what gets built.
Two minutes
Tell us about your gym.
We'll call you back — usually the same day. No pitch deck, no obligation. Mostly we want to know what's actually breaking for you.
Straight answers
Questions we get asked.
Do my members need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR, it opens in their browser, one tap with Google and they're in. After the first time it's about two seconds and no login.
I have 250 members in a register. Do I have to type them all in?
No — that's the whole point. Put the QR up and your members enter themselves over the first couple of weeks. If you'd rather have it done immediately, send us a photo of your register and we'll do it for you.
What if the internet is down in my gym?
Check-ins are stored on the member's phone and sync when the signal comes back. Basement gyms were the first thing we designed for.
We take mostly cash. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Cash is one tap, and receipts only get generated if you ask for one. Nothing gets reported anywhere.
I run a yoga or dance studio, not a gym. Does this work?
The attendance and fees half works identically — a class is a check-in like any other. Timetables, capacity and waitlists are on the list above, not built yet. Join now as a studio and you'll have a real say in how that part gets built.
What happens to my data if I stop using this?
You export all of it in one click and it's yours. No lock-in, no hostage-taking. We'd rather lose a customer than trap one.
Is this actually live?
We're building it right now with a handful of Mumbai gyms. That's exactly why the founding price exists — early gyms get it cheap forever and get a say in what we build.
